KUN WOO PAIK - [Mozart: Piano Works 2]

Baik Gun-woo's 'Mozart: Piano Works 2' is the second album in a trilogy of Mozart recordings, marking the first time he has released a Mozart recording in his 68-year piano career.

In addition to the familiar Piano Sonatas No. 2 and No. 10, the album includes the Fantasia in D minor, the March in C major, and the Andante in F major for organ, often considered Mozart's final work. These pieces showcase Baik Gun-woo's mature pianism and his profound interpretation of Mozart’s keyboard music.

For the cover artwork, a child previously selected through a public contest for 'Works 1' contributed once again, reflecting Baik’s desire to communicate with children through music. Listeners can expect to encounter Baik's playing at what is widely regarded as a pinnacle of depth and refinement in recent years.
