Kang Daniel's 5th mini-album [ACT] is set to be released, using the theme of theater to express his strengthened inner self. This album reflects on moments of uncertainty and stagnation, where it felt like he had lost himself or couldn't move forward due to overthinking. Despite these struggles, he comes to realize that all of those times were part of the journey to finding himself.

In [ACT], Kang Daniel looks back on the scenes of his past and sings about his mindset and attitude as he begins a new chapter. He suggests that sometimes, rather than aiming for perfection, rough and clumsy attempts may prove to be more meaningful. Though today might feel broken, in hindsight, it will reveal itself as beautifully pieced together.
