KQ Entertainment introduces a newcomer ‘xikers’ with their debut album [HOUSE OF TRICKY: Doorbell Ringing] after 5 years.

‘xikers’ is a compound word combining the unknown 'x' and 'hikers', embodying the powerful performances and the pleasantly dynamic 清亮 (refreshing) energy that is the identity of ‘xikers’.

In a database society where everyone is content with a utopia, 10 boys who have been deemed failures embark on a journey to find their potential through an unknown 'coordinate' created with ‘TRICKY’, the icon of the ‘xikers’ universe. The synergy between ‘xikers’ and ‘TRICKY’ raises expectations for the series of [HOUSE OF TRICKY] they will create.

The first mini-album of ‘xikers’ [HOUSE OF TRICKY: Doorbell Ringing] will be re-released on April 27th in the platform album form 'STAR' version.

What will we be like? In a world where everyone’s life roadmap is entrusted to 'data', everything that will happen flows according to the 'optimal scenario' assigned to each person through a long-accumulated database. The optimal scenario considers the direction and manner of every existence's life, including individuality and relativity. A true 'utopia'. The nation's reason for existence has disappeared, and the world only has 'boundaries' divided by climate and environment. The world revolves around the data library at the center of these 'boundaries'.

Those who are not assigned a scenario within the 'boundary' are referred to as 'xikers', and their potential is marked with the 'X' of failure. Excluded from the world order, the 'boundary', these children wander the world, unwelcome anywhere. Unwelcome beings. They live feeling pain, sadness, loneliness, and injustice in a 'utopia' that defines them as failures. Why didn't they receive a scenario from the coordinates? Were they born utterly useless? Or is it some error in the data library? Regardless, as a result, they are treated as if they don't exist, ostracized by society, and living without belonging anywhere.

Wanting a life of coordinates but gradually getting accustomed to a life without them, the 'xikers' begin to dream. "If you want to know your coordinates? If you want to meet me even after waking up from sleep, find the TRICKY HOUSE," a dream that repeats this message. The 'xikers' one by one leave the confines of the 'boundary' to search for the 'TRICKY' in their dreams. The ability of 'TRICKY' to move freely across 'boundaries', transcending time and space to exist in any desired form, is incredibly intriguing to the 'xikers'. Eventually, the 'xikers' who find the TRICKY HOUSE create their own 'coordinate' through the meeting with 'TRICKY' [“x”ikers + TRICK”Y” = their own 'coordinate'].

Their 'X' is no longer recognized as the symbol of 'failure' but redefined as the undefined potential, the 'versatile potential' meaning of 'X'. In the TRICKY HOUSE, 'xikers' create their own coordinates and embark on their own journey through the newly discovered potential 'X'.
