Bumkey, a leading artist in the Korean R&B scene, releases his first CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) album filled with his spiritual confessions. This album, titled 'The Obedient', encapsulates the convictions of Bumkey, who has lived as a Christian.

The album, comprising a total of 10 tracks, features well-loved CCM classics handpicked by Bumkey and rearranged in his unique style, along with a new song 'God's Breath' created in collaboration with Sagong Jeong from the CCM artist group Loveim.

Additionally, the album's piano performances and arrangements were handled by the talented jazz pianist KTG Park Sang-hyun, enhancing its quality. The second track, 'When the Lord Speaks', features flutist Han Ji-hee from SM Classics, and the third track, 'Way Maker', includes Bumkey's son, Gianni, contributing their unique instrumental and vocal talents to the album, adding diversity and vitality. Notably, Bumkey personally oversaw the mixing of 8 out of the 10 songs, demonstrating his exceptional dedication and effort in the overall production process, thereby proving his musical growth once again.
