ORDER & PAYMENT

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, and more.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our store.

You will be charged for your pre-order at the time of purchase. This ensures your item is reserved, and it will be shipped to you once it becomes available.

If your payment is declined, please double-check your card details, including the billing address, expiration date, and security code. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method or contact your bank for more information.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

For some coupons, you will need to enter the code manually on the checkout page, while others will be applied automatically.

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per purchase.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and the email address used to place the order.

Once the order is being processed or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is possible, a non-refundable 10% fee will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us for further assistance.

You’ll get a confirmation email for your cancellation right away, but it might take a few days for the refund to show up on your account.

To request a return, please send an email with your order number, your name, and the reason for the return. For more details on our Return policy.

Yes, POB gifts are provided only for items purchased during the pre-order period. However, not all pre-order items include a gift, so please refer to the product description for details.

The POB gifts we mention do not include any unlicensed or copyright-infringing items. All POB gifts are official merchandise only.

Some products are designed and released with the option to select a specific version, while others are not. For items where a version cannot be selected, they will be shipped randomly.

However, when purchasing multiple albums, we make it a rule to avoid sending duplicates.

Some items may temporarily be out of stock, and there are products that the manufacturer will not re-release once sold out.

If an item is out of stock, you can request a restock on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock.

On the release date, pre-order items will be shipped out sequentially on a first-come, first-served basis, with direct delivery from Korea to your doorstep.

If you purchase items with different release dates, the entire order will ship on the latest date.

Once the shipment has started, address changes may not be possible or could incur additional charges.

Customs duties depend on your country’s regulations and may be fully exempt, partially exempt, or conditionally exempt.​These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOST:
In the case of loss, the issue will be handled according to the carrier’s insurance policy.
If you encounter such a situation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Damage:
We conduct thorough pre-shipment inspections to ensure the condition of the items.
If you receive a product with damage that you cannot accept, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you right away.

Please note that minor scratches or damage to the outer packaging, which may occur during shipping or other processes, do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Though rare, some components might be missing from a manufacturer’s fault. In such cases, both you and our store will need to prove this fault. It’s a common practice in the market.

We recommend recording a video when unboxing the product, which you can use as evidence or for store reviews.
