STRAY KIDS - ODDINARY [JEWEL CASE Ver.]

Stray Kids, recognized as a leading fourth-generation K-pop group, released their new mini album 'ODDINARY' and title track 'MANIAC' on March 18, 2022.

Following their victory on Mnet's 'Kingdom: Legendary War' in 2021, Stray Kids quickly established themselves as a K-pop powerhouse with hits like '神메뉴' (God's Menu), 'Back Door,' and '소리꾼.' Their second studio album, 'NOEASY,' made them the first million-selling artists under JYP Entertainment, and now they're set to make a strong impact with 'ODDINARY,' their first mini album since 'Cle: LEVANTER.'

The album title combines "Odd" and "Ordinary," conveying the message that everyone has their peculiarities, suggesting that being strange is a part of being ordinary. With their fresh and unique charm, Stray Kids aims to lead the K-pop mainstream once again.

The title track 'MANIAC' introduces a new layer to Stray Kids' signature style, featuring bold sounds and an addictive chorus. The lyrics encourage listeners to embrace their true selves, urging them not to conform to societal expectations.

The music video enhances the song's unique sound, incorporating visually striking scenes that match the changing moods of the track. Each member portrays different narratives, adding a dramatic element to the visuals.

With the production team 3RACHA, comprising Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, Stray Kids continue to showcase significant growth through their self-produced music. Last year, they achieved remarkable success on various global platforms and won four awards at a year-end ceremony, including their first major award.

The new album features seven tracks, including 'MANIAC,' '거미줄,' 'Charmer,' '땡,' 'Lonely St.,' '피어난다' (featuring Bang Chan, Lee Know, Seungmin, and I.N), and 'Muddy Water' (featuring Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, and Felix). All members are credited, highlighting their musical depth, with contributions from notable songwriters enhancing the album's quality.
